This program helps individuals prepare for employment and gain confidence when applying for jobs.

Services include:

2. Workforce Training Workshops

These workshops help individuals learn practical job skills that employers are looking for.

Workshops may include:

  • Warehouse job readiness training
  • Electric pallet jack safety training
  • Customer service training
  • Workplace communication skills
  • Interview skills workshops

3. Employer Hiring Connections

Christy’s Foundation will help connect job seekers with employers throughout the San Fernando Valley.

Services include:

  • Employer hiring events
  • Job recruitment opportunities
  • Workforce networking events
  • Employer partnerships

4. Job Opportunity Board

The Job Opportunity Board will highlight available job openings from local employers.
Community members will be able to:
  • review current job opportunities
  • connect with employers seeking candidates
  • receive information about hiring events

5. Career Development Workshops

These workshops are designed to help individuals build long-term career skills.
