Student Volunteer Hours & Waivers — Christy’s Foundation

At Christy’s Foundation, we are proud to offer meaningful volunteer opportunities for students looking to earn community service hours for school, clubs, or organizations. Our Student Volunteer Program allows students to give back to the community while fulfilling required service hours in a supportive, organized environment.

We welcome high school students, college students, and youth groups interested in community service, leadership development, and nonprofit experience

🎓 How to Earn Student Volunteer Hours

1. Sign Up for Volunteer Shifts

Visit our [Volunteer Opportunities Page] and complete the online sign-up form

Select available shifts that fit your schedule — weekly opportunities and special events are open year-round

2. Complete the Volunteer Waiver Form

All student volunteers must submit a signed Volunteer Waiver before their first shift

Volunteers under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian co-sign the waiver

Waivers are available on-site or can be downloaded in advance from our [Waivers & Forms Page]

3. Get Your Hours Verified

Bring your school’s community service verification form

A Christy’s Foundation team member will sign off on your hours after your shift is completed

Letters of completion available upon request

✅ What You’ll Do as a Student Volunteer
Assist with food distribution, sorting, and packing

Help with diaper program preparation and family assistance

Support special events like holiday giveaways and back-to-school drives

Learn valuable teamwork, leadership, and community service skills

📝 Waiver & Student Volunteer Requirements
Complete the Volunteer Waiver Form before your first shift

Students under 18 must have parental/guardian consent

Follow Christy’s Foundation volunteer guidelines while serving
