Christy’s Foundation Thanksgiving Food Relief Giveaway: A Huge Holiday Success
This year’s Christy’s Foundation Thanksgiving Food Relief Program was an extraordinary celebration of generosity, community, and compassion. Our annual holiday food giveaway became one of our largest and most impactful events ever. Over the course of the day, we proudly served more than 2,400 people and distributed over 500 turkeys to families in need for the Thanksgiving holiday.
With food insecurity continuing to affect households across Los Angeles, the support we provided this year made a profound difference. Thanks to our dedicated partners, volunteers, and supporters, families were able to bring home everything needed to enjoy a warm, abundant, and memorable Thanksgiving meal.
Serving 2,400+ Community Members
The atmosphere was filled with gratitude, relief, and joy from the moment the event began. Families lined up to receive fresh produce, pantry staples, holiday ingredients, and turkeys. Every bag passed into someone’s hands represented comfort during the holiday season.
Parents, seniors, and children expressed their appreciation, reminding us why Christy’s Foundation continues to serve and uplift our community year after year.
Distributing Over 500 Turkeys for Thanksgiving
One of the highlights of the event was providing over 500 turkeys to families who otherwise would have gone without a traditional holiday meal. This support was made possible by our generous partners and donors who believe in our mission and understand the power of giving during the holidays.
These turkeys, along with the groceries we distributed, helped ensure that families could gather around the table and celebrate Thanksgiving with dignity and joy.

Northridge Fashion Center Mall
Families are welcome to visit for groceries, produce, and essential food items. We are proud to serve the Northridge and greater Los Angeles community with consistency, care, and compassion.
